CPH Hotel Apartments ApS / Into This Place (from hereon called Into This Place) wants to use this policy to inform all parties how we handle personal information and data.

Into This Place has taken the necessary steps to ensure that Into This Place is able to comply with applicable law so that we can provide the guest with the necessary assurance that the processed personal information is done in a safe and responsible way.

When you book an apartment with us and submit your personal information Into This Place agrees to process your personal information in accordance with section 6, paragraph 1, of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.


How does Into This Place collect your data?

You directly provide Into This Place with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you make a booking with us through our website intothisplace.com. We also collect personal data when you book an apartment with us through a third party booking site such as Booking.com, Expedia group or AIRBNB.  Into This Place also collects personal information via browser cookies or web beacons when you visit our webpage intothisplace.com


How will Into This Place use your data?

Into This Place collects your data so that we can process your booking and contact you to provide you with check in information and stay in touch during your stay with us.

If you have agreed to receive marketing from us we will also use your data to email you with marketing efforts only from Into This Place.

When Into This Place processes your order and specifically payment we may send your credit card information to our credit card processor Stripe and PensoPay in order to validate your payment and confirm your booking. We will keep you notified of this process via email.


How do we store your data?

Into This Place securely stores your data in our PMS system operated by SabeeApp who also abides and confirms to operate according to section 6, paragraph 1, of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Into This Place keeps your credit card information until 14 days after check in after it is automatically deleted. We do store your name, email address, phone number and country if provided with us until you should inform us to please delete this.


Marketing

Into This Place would like to send you information about offers and services of ours that we think you might like. This is only done if you have agreed to receive marketing and you can always opt out at a later date.


What are your data protection rights?

Into This Place would like to make sure that you are fully aware of all your data protection rights:

The right to access
You have the right to request our company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification
You have the right to request that Into This Place correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Into This Place to complete information that you think is incomplete.
