This is an eclectic and unconventional apartment in a beautiful listed building from 1791. 2 separate bedrooms means privacy for everyone.
The area is home to some of the best restaurants in town, plenty of art galleries and lots of antique shops specializing in Danish design and furniture.
While the building might be centuries old, the apartment itself was carefully renovated in 2017 with brand new bathrooms and decorated with fresh designer interiors.
“Nice flat in a good area. Great amenities. Close to restaurants and a great coffee shop next door. I would recommend!”

This place is a wonderful opportunity to stay in one of Copenhagen’s most beautiful neighbourhoods. Two bedrooms and separate lounging space make it ideal for families or couples traveling together.
A tour of this place
The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor level. No need to climb a lot of stairs when you return after a long day of sightseeing. Very high ceilings give the rooms a welcoming and spacious feel.
You access the two bedrooms from the living room. One has a kingsize bed, there other has a double bed that also splits into two singles.
The common living area is great for lounging or perhaps watching a movie on Netflix. Here, you will also find a nice dining table with room for everyone. The kitchenette has you covered on the essential necessities like Nespresso machine, refrigerator, microwave and a small oven.
Right in the heart of Copenhagen, yet surprisingly calm and serene. The area is filled with quaint little parks, great restaurants and plenty of nice cafés.
From the nearby harbor front, water buses will take you to the stunning Opera House as well as the picturesque Nyhavn with its wooden ships and colorful townhouses. If you are new to Copenhagen, this is a great area to explore.
