Not much else, really. Your apartment is prepared for you with fresh sheets and towels for the number of guests you’ve booked for. You will also find a clothing iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in your place.
Most of our kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, utensils, tea towels, oil, salt, complimentary Nespresso coffee pods, tea, soap, and dishwashing tablets.*A few apartments don’t have full kitchens, so please check the amenities list before booking.
Some apartments also come with a washer and dryer or shared machines in the building. Please check the amenities for each apartment.
All in all, we’ve tried to equip each place with all the things you might need during your stay. If you have any special requests before your arrival, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Of course. Everything for your precious! We can arrange both highchairs and baby cots free of charge. Please make a note in your booking request, and we’ll make sure to have it ready for your arrival.
We offer safe and super convenient self-check-ins. Once you’ve booked your place, we will send you a digital guestbook with everything you need to know about the apartment and surrounding area. Two days before your arrival, you will also receive an email and a text (SMS) message with your personal access codes.
No need to worry! First, please double-check that you’ve provided us with the correct email and phone number. Please also check your spam folder.

That depends on the specific location of your booked apartment. Generally speaking, street parking is widely available all over Copenhagen, just keep in mind that it isn’t cheap. Once you book an apartment, we will send you a link to your guestbook with your best options. Otherwise, feel free to ask.
Yes, yes, and yes. So stream away, get your work done, and do your thing. The password is in your digital guestbook as well as in the printed copy in the apartment.
Yes, Netflix on us! Our flatscreens also come with Apple TV with various apps installed for watching CNN, Danish TV, and several other channels. If Netflix happens to be signed out, just check the guestbook for login details.
Feel free to add more apps to the Apple TV or rent movies through your own Apple account.

Although we all love a good party, the reason, of course, is that we want to guarantee a clean, quiet and comfortable stay for all of our guests. And we wish to maintain the great relationships we enjoy with our local neighbors. We hope you understand.
If you need to smoke, please do so outside the apartment building. And please dispose of your cigarette butts in a bin. Any evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in a €500 fee.

Yes. We charge a one-time cleaning fee covering cleaning, restocking of amenities, fresh hotel linen, and towels. The fee is standard with rental providers and is listed in your booking confirmation.
We offer extra or even daily cleaning for an additional fee. Just get in touch with us one day in advance.

You can cancel your booking for a full refund no later than 7 days before your arrival date.
If you need to reschedule your stay or wish to cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival, please contact us. We’ll do our best to find a solution but cannot guarantee a full refund. You can also find our cancellation policy in your booking confirmation.
